The Hungerford Market Company (CMP75) sent a Lt. Gen. N. Forbes a semi-annual report on 30 May 1849 reporting the completion of the East and West Galleries of the Fish Market and of a resolution to damages suffered to the "Pier and Float" by the Charing Cross Bridge Company. This appears to be a report sent to all stock holders of the company. It announces a creation date by the passage of a law via the regnal date shown (11 Geo. IV Cap, 70.) This implies a creation date sometime in 1830. You may view it here.
