The Board of Trustees is responsible for the overall supervision of the Foundation. The Charter calls for up to an eleven (11) member Board of Trustees.
The Board of Trustees and officers of the Foundation are comprised of eight people as of the date of this writing (January 18, 2024):

The Charter calls for five (5) Appointed Trustees who are appointed by the six (6) elected Trustees. The Founding Trustees were Richard W Hungerford, Jr., Charles C. Morgan, and A.J. Hungerford. They appointed the four (4) other Trustees currently holding office. Trustees serve for a term of three (3) years.
The Board of Trustees must hold a meeting each year that is open to the full membership. The annual meeting is the time when Members will vote to elect Elected Trustees and Officers of the Foundation.
