George C. Quigley (OT694) was a pharmacist Mate in the Navy per the address on this post card sent him by a friend. John Sloan, his friend, tells George he has a great position within the Navy and goes on to sell the position to George. John was in Washington, D.C. and George was assigned to at the U. S. Naval Operating Base in Hampton Roads in Virginia.
