John Boyd Hungerford Jr. (UNIR44) sent a real picture post card with a note written on the back to several correspondents worldwide. This fellow lived in Beverly Hills, California. The card tells the reader he is at Sherman Hill. The message is not as elaborate as others he sent this day and it seems he is a lot closer and the recipient knew why he was there. He also adds another's initials - R. H. K. - to his hello. The post card is marked as having been written in Cheyenne, Wyoming. John was an author of several narrow gage railroad history books. He was probably the photographer of the train photo.
