Lynette McCollum's initial contact with Richard: Richard had placed surname interest notices in several genealogical publications and Mrs. McCollum was replying to one of those publications. She advised Hungerford is her mother-in-law's surname and she is just getting into researching the family. She tells Richard that she and her husband Ian (IR2086) live in Cooktown, Queensland, Australia. She states their son and daughter live and work in the nearest city which is a four hour drive away. She promises to try to find a Hungerford listing she has heard about and contact Hungerford family members.
