This is a one page hand written letter from Daniel Comstock Hungerford (SH1175) to Stanley W. Hungerford (SH1310). He enclosed an article about Elias B. Hungerford (SH566) and the founding of the Corning glass works. There are also internal Corning glass materials pertaining to Hungerford's development of glass blinds and the patents that he obtained. In addition, there are several advertisements for Viking Aluminum Anchors (i.e., boat anchors).
