- Henry Adelbert D. Hungerford (SH1112), a remainderman in that tract of land
- Susie Ellen Bohannon Hungerford (SH1112spourse1)
- Nathaniel Eugene Hungerford, Jr. (SH1113), a remainderman in that tract of land
- William Harris Hungerford (SH1114) who was not a remainderman but who agreed with Henry to move onto the tract, build a home, and care for their father Nathaniel, Sr. in exchange for Henry giving him a deed for that part of the tract
- Viola T. Miller Hungerford (SH1114spouse1)
