The church referenced is St. John in Cullom, IL. It states she was born 21 Oct 1868 in Sherrill, Iowa. The record (page 279) has columns in German. The first column is the record # for the page (hers is #1); the second column is the death date; the 3rd column is the burial date; the 4th column is the cause of death--which I can't make out but the other document (an obit) answers that question; the 5th column is the deceased; the 6th column, in German, is entitled "the lagging"--I take from looking at other entries that it refers to surviving family members; and the last column includes the burial location--which is West Lawn, Cullom, Livingston county, Illinois.
