From a conversation that led to a submission of photos on the Hungerford Club 3000 Facebook website on 19 Oct 2019. Karen May included some notes which we document here:

1. The house at Cahirmore.

2. This is the family tomb. The last Hungerford was so mad at his son’s choice of wife that she wasn’t buried IN it but under it, under their feet as it were.

3. From the church walls.

4. From the church walls. This is Thomas Henry Hungerford (IR112).

5. Stained glass windows from the church.

6. Other end of the tomb.

7. From the church walls.

8. From the church walls.

9. Archway in the grave yard.

10. From the church walls.

11. From the church walls. In honor of Henry Jones Hungerford (IR62).

12. Gates of a former Hungerford home, she wrote ‘Beauty is in the eye of the beholder’. (The Duchess) - Margaret Wolfe Hamilton (IR112spouse1) - the wife of the fellow referenced in #4 above.

13. From the church walls.

THFFI also took the liberty to add notes if need be to her short descriptions.
