This is a one page, hand written letter dated 27 May 1975 from Clarence Estelle Hungerford to Stanley W. Hungerford.
The letter does not provide much information but it is accompanied by a family group sheet for Estelle and his wife Helen Rasmussen. The family group sheets provides a fair amount of information about his parents, his children by Helen, and his second wife Lavina Bird Sager.
There is this note at the end of the family group sheet: "Clarence and Helen Separated in 1956. He married La Vinna Bird in Virginia City Nevada 23 May 1957. Later they were remarried in Seattle in March (14) 1959. Sorry I can't give more info. on Helen."
The question is: who is the antecedent of "they" when he says that later "they were remarried?" Could it be that he remarried Helen? That seems unlikely, however, since he is interred with Lavina at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, La Conner, Skagit, Washington.
