This document is a hand-drawn, pencil rendition of a branch of a "Males Only" family tree commencing with Churchill Hungerford and descending down to Henry B. Hungerford and Henry's son Douglas K. Hungerford.
It is drawn on a Sun Oil Company Calculation Sheet, dated 14 May 1975, at the bottom of which Henry writes a brief note to Stanley.
In his note, Henry expresses a certain cynicism about Stanley's inquiry: "Many organizations, groups and individuals do what your [sic] doing as a way of getting money from people. Are you really a Hungerford or is this just a business front, also how much is the nominal sum you refer to?"
