This letter is from a cousin "Rella," She complains about having a cold, not going anywhere because of the temperature, and advised that the people who did venture out--to the Fair--said that it wasn't planned very well. So--she is spending her time indoors sewing her undergarments for Spring and Summer. She also talks about Kansas (where she lives) having the coldest winter on record. She then tells "Lianner" that she and her husband Ed are going to have their picture taken and will send her and her sisters a copy if they will reciprocate. I do not know the identity of this cousin.
