Leona describes a recent trip she and Etta went on that started out with Etta not feeling well. They visited the Moseley's (probably the family of SH62c) and the Moseley family were pleased to see the girls. Uncle Aaron (SH182) and wife were there. "Genie" said he felt better (Leona then proceeds to refute that statement with her observations about his walking and voice strength.) She talks about Willie getting a new overcoat. Their drive back was unpleasant--she said her feet were freezing the whole time and the next morning Ma discovered they had lost a wheel! (There must have been enough snow on the road not to cause them to notice.) The letter continues on from there--she seems not to want to stop because in several spots she has written upside down in the columns and in between sentences to continue sharing her thoughts.
