- Website update: we entered our first period of membership renewals at the end of 2016 and found our website unable to make it easy to renew. We have fixed all the bugs and hope that our members will now find the renewal process easy to use. As we go to print, our database has 53,432 individual profiles, 34,873 marriage records, 4,079 photographs, and 1,467 Library entries.
- Website tips: with this issue, we offer more tips for using the THFFI website databases.

- Answer to & winner of the last Quarterly Quiz.
- The Quarterly Quiz: This quiz asks you whether you know the name of the only Hungerford to be born in Ireland who fought in the American Civil War. We know the answer, do you? If so, be the first to give us the answer and have your name added to our Winners Circle.
- Answer to & winner of the last Quarterly Mystery.
- The Quarterly Mystery: This question is about Frank Howard, 45, a widower, and Katherine E. Hungerford, 40, a widow, who were married in Baltimore, Maryland in 1902. Who were they, who were their parents, who were their former spouses, and did they have children? We don’t know the answer, do you? If so, be the first to solve it, win a Hungerford mug, and have your name added to our Winners Circle.
- Calling for Quiz and Mystery Questions. Do you have ideas for a quarterly quiz or mystery question? Send us your ideas so that we can introduce your ideas to the larger Hungerford community and perhaps even break down your Hungerford brick walls.
- Calling all volunteers: We could use your help. Would you like to be a member of the Board of Trustees or an officer? Perhaps you are skilled in website development?
- Questions? Suggestions? We want to hear from you.
