Dear Sir,
The Govs: of the Bromyard Gram: School at their meeting on Monday last passed a resolution of condolence & sympathy with the members of the family on the decease of the late Mr. Jno. H. Arkwright and I was directed to express the same to you. Mr. Arkwright was the Representative of the Royal Agriculr Society of England on the Governing Body, and from his great interest in promoting practical Instruction in agriculture, his decease is a loss to the School.
His gentlemanly manner—considerate way of looking at matters, as also his business capacity will, of course, make his loss felt.
