Richard W. Hungerford Jr. occasionally obtained/was given/bought a post card that meant something to the story of his life.  On the back he would write the pertinent info for that purpose.  This post card is an example of that - he had just moved from California back to the Belleville, Illinois area because his father had returned from Vietnam.  Scott Air Force Base had been a part of Rich's life earlier because he had been there when his Dad was assigned there in the 1960 to 1961 time frame.  They had lived in Kirkwood, Missouri then--a suburb of St. Louis.  Also--Lincolnshire is a sub-division on the outskirts of Belleville.  It is also on the outskirts of Scott Air Force Base.  Richard's family had the habit of living on the outskirts of where ever they resided.  In this case the house's backyard initially bumped up against farmland.  Both Senior and Junior purchased abodes that fit this observation.  (My observations  RWHJr.)
