This document is comprised of a one page hand written undated letter (enclosed in an envelope post marked 3 Apr 1976) from George Boone. Hungerford (SH1050) to Stanley W. Hungerford (SH1310). He writes that "There are 3 or 4 sheets Finely printed with names and I haven't been able to get anyone to duplicate them yet but I will sooner or later."
