This article, found on the 28 Dec 1865 issue of the "Mexico (NY) Independent," discusses "The Dance of Death." In one of it's paragraphs it mentions a single figure once found on the Hungerford Chapel in Salisbury Cathedral which was known as "death and the young man" which you can see and read about here.
