John Stanhope Arkwright received a belated sympathy letter from a G. W. Hazelhurst.  It reads:

Moreton Court, Hereford
7/6/1906

dear Arkwright

Knowing you have had a good deal to do, _ an uncommon amount of letters to read, I have not written before I express to you my deepest sympathy ____ you & your sisters at this great loss you have sustained by the sad death of your Father as a _________ _________ here, he always showed me his greatest kindness _ it was with his succinct regret I heard of his death.

Please accept my sincere sympathy and believe me to be yours very truely

G. W. Hazelhurst
