My dearest John. It was so good of you to send me Jack’s beautiful Poems – I must write him a little ____ _______ ______ though I am afraid he is rather tired of congratulations. He must be a real poet – I hope he will go on with it. I ____ __ the ___ will send ____ roses. To the Mel___ ____. Do you ______ any Subsctiber’s tickets for Thursday. I can send you 3 if you will send me a line by M____ays best. (If I ____ ____ __ Tuesday I will send them to the Heywoods) I shall not go.
