Robert replied to Richard Stanley Hungerford's letter (implied by his response) by saying he was thrilled with defeating the ambitious autocrats and he isn't thinking of penalizing Germany but said his focus and worry is about the Bolsheviks in russia who represent a bigger threat to the world and that he believes the US is strong but has worries about Europe.
