This article was collected by Richard W. Hungerford Jr. (US26) early in his genealogical journey. Richard also collected coins at the time and noticed articles that discussed Roman and Byzantine coin history. This particular article was found on page 11 of the 22 Dec 1987 issue of the "World Coin News" magazine. Coins of that era typically feature the leader at the time and articles invariably discuss their reign. This article is a good example.
