This document is a copy of the letter sent to the Bodleian Library requesting permission to hold a digitized copy of the Jackson Papers in the THFFI Library and permission to use the Jackson Papers for scholarly research. The letter is accompanied by an email exchange with the Bodleian Library in which the Bodleian Library disclaims any rights in the Papers and rejects any interest in receiving copies of scholarly articles and other works based on the Papers.
