Fred C. A. wrote a follow up letter to John Stanhope Arkwright (EN922) expressing the fact he won't be able to attend the funeral tomorrow (i. e. 23 Feb 1904) for John's mother Charlotte Lucy (Davenport) Arkwright (EN912spouse1) that you can read here. Fred C. A. may be a relative--"A." standing for Arkwright perhaps?
