John Stanhope Arkwright (EN922) received a condolence letter from his uncle John Leigh Hoskyns (EN1028) in regards to the passing of his father John Hungerford Arkwright (EN912). He mentions he just got the second telegram Jack sent. He talks about wishing to have had prayers with his father but "it was not to be." He then reassured the grieving son that he was now back with his beloved and deeply lamented departed mother in eternal rest. You can read his actual words here.
